This coat is warm and very comfortable!

I am from the south in the piedmont area of South Carolina (close to the mountains). It got in the 20s here the last couple of days. This coat is warm and is very comfortable!

Good coat for the sale price, full price is a reach.

I'm a lean 6 foot tall guy. Medium is a nice trim fit with a layer or two underneath. Large would give me more layering room, but I'm guessing would be too big overall. I'm often right between so the sizing is pretty accurate and this isn't a gripe.

Fabric, inside and out is nice, pockets are nice and well laid out, but there's huge nondescript lumps of fabric between the handwarmer pocket fabric and the jacket itself, which makes it annoying to find small items in said pockets, as well as just annoying to have your hands in. Not a huge deal, but not great either.

Biggest gripe is seriously weak zipper. Glad it has nice draft flaps inside and out, with snaps so when the zipper inevitably blows out you still have options, but would it kill you to have used actual, bomber, YKK zippers?

I got it for 50% off, and would call it a good deal at that price, but if I'd paid retail, it would be a bit of a disappointment.

Overall a good coat, but shy of a great coat due to some minor stuff.
